In the Terrestrial Ecology group, I work on quantifying how beneficial root fungi (AMF) colonize plant roots, using advanced imaging techniques supported by artifical intelligence. I’m also involved in the Hasli Outdoor Mesocosm Experiment (HOME), where I help with experiments on plants, insects, and microorganisms in natural field settings.
