My research interest is to study the dynamics of C. elegans population during and after extreme climatic events. This project is in collaboration with the Towbin laboratory (Institute of Cell Biology). More precisely, I test the impact of heat shock on their survival using progenies from fully fed parents and from dietarily restricted parents that have 20% less ribosomes. The aim is to check if less ribosome content has beneficial effect on the survival to heat resistance.
